The Golden Quarter Farm is centrally located within 5 miles of the major attractions of Maryland's Eastern Shore. After a day of exploring, guests don't have to travel far to return to the serenity of the Farm.
Ocean City
The Ocean City Boardwalk is just 5 miles away. Rides, arcades, famous boardwalk fries, ice cream, hunted houses, and of course the beach are all right there.
Assateague Island
Assateague Island is just an 8 minute drive away. It is most known for its beautiful wild horses and less commercialized beach, but it also has paved biking trails, and is home to the Assateague Island Visiter Center which hosts nature adventures for adults and children.
Berlin
Voted one of America's Best Small Towns, Berlin is a short 8 minute drive away. Here you can take a horse and buggy ride around the downtown area, or just explore by foot. Berlin is home to local eateries, bakeries, antique stores, a toy shop, clothing stores, and an amazing playground. They also have a farmers market.
Frontier Town
Kids and kids at heart will enjoy this park, just 2 minutes from the Golden Quarter. Frontier Town has a water park, mini-golf, zip lines, and western reenactments.
Go-Karts
Many go-kart tracks are throughout Ocean City. Two are just a few miles from the Farm.
Tanger Outlets
The Tanger Outlet mall is a few miles away and offers a little something for every shopper.
